Payment and Price
Full payment must precede the dispatch of any goods. We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards (limited to Visa and MasterCard), direct bank transfers, or cheques. Credit card transactions are automatically processed through Stripe on this site. Alternatively, you can contact our offices to arrange credit card processing. If you opt for direct bank transfer, our bank account details will be provided upon selection of this option. Please note that goods will only be dispatched after the funds from cheque payments have been cleared.
Claims
a) The vendor will not be held responsible for any claims related to damage or non-functionality unless the purchaser informs the vendor through email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the product. The vendor may, at their discretion, extend this period if the manufacturers’ replacement policy allows for an extended deadline.
b) The vendor will not assume any liability for claims regarding missing items, such as manuals, unless the purchaser informs the vendor in writing within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
Installation
Kindly be aware that the listed prices on this website pertain exclusively to the hot water units themselves. The installation of these units is not encompassed in the provided prices. If you wish to obtain a quotation that incorporates both the unit and its installation, please reach out to our offices for more detailed information.
It’s important to note that irrespective of any quotation, all installation tasks are contingent on the feasibility of being carried out by a single individual. If the installation cannot be feasibly completed by one person, it may not proceed. This includes the removal of the existing system. If the removal of the system is hindered by factors such as weight, size, or location, and cannot be safely performed by one person, the unit may be left onsite.
Delivery and Pricing
Our online prices for products related to hot water typically incorporate delivery for customers in metro areas. Those outside the metro area are encouraged to reach out to us for information on freight arrangements. All air-conditioning units are available for pickup, and customers should get in touch with our office to determine the nearest warehouse location.
Note: Delivery is only within normal business hours Monday to Friday
Once goods are dispatched the vendor is not responsible for any damage to goods or unexpected time delays caused by the freight facility. Prices quoted are valid for Australia only. Please feel free to call us to confirm pricing for other states.
All order values under $200.00 may incur a delivery charge of $20.00 Please call in for a delivery cost.
Quality assurance
All products sold are brand new and unused and carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
Returns Policy
All products are carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and are checked where possible for any defects prior to dispatch. If a product is found to be faulty or fails within the warranty period. The customer can contact our office to arrange service or alternatively contact the manufacturer direct.
Spare parts and accessories using electronic components will not under any circumstances be accepted for return or credit.
Return of products correctly supplied are at the discretion of 1st Hot Water Hub. A handling fee may be charged to the purchaser if Hot Water Hub accept the return.
Warranty & After Sales Service
The warranty of all products sold is with the manufacturer. If you need a warranty call we can advise you on the correct number for the relevant manufacturer. The workmanship warranty is with Hot Water Hub. If we are called for a warranty request and it proves not to be warranty, the customer shall be responsible for a call out fee. This is to be paid on the day.

The product headings, specifications tables, and dimensions presented for each product are solely for illustrative purposes. It is essential to verify them against the supplier’s headings, specification tables, and dimensions. Hot Water Hub Hot Water disclaims responsibility for any discrepancies in this information. Legal
If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in Queensland and shall in all respects be governed by Queensland Law. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
